the way from beginning to end. They provided excellent workmanship,
timeliness and professional customer service. Silva and Sons
Construction completely gutted one of our rental homes and turned it
into a castle.
This company provides a very reasonable bid and
goes above and beyond to provide top notch results. Communication,
dependability and cost effective measures are in place from bid to
completion.
The job site was kept clean and organized. I received
praise regarding the work completed by this contractor from termite
inspectors, real estate agents, friends and relatives.
Heaters,
painting, cabinets, granite counters, sinks, faucets, new doors, garage
door, all new trim, canned lighting, carpets, vinyl, bathroom shower
marble, tub, toilet, vanity, mirrored closet doors, plumbing,
electrical, tile, sheet rocking, texture to walls, fencing, extensive
sub floor repair. The complete list of work was very extensive.  
I have hired Silva and Sons for another job at a different location. I highly recommend this company for any job big or small.

He is not the cheapest, but still competitive. He is very responsive and dependable. He will return your phone calls. I will continue to use his services in the future.
