Signature Carpet One Floor & Home

Signature Carpet One had many brands and quality levels of carpeting to choose from. Our salesperson, Josie, was able to show us which areas to look in based on our needs (pet resistant and dirt camouflaging). We still had many choices and we brought home their samples to look at in our house. A few days later they came by, measured our room (18' x 18') and took the samples back to the store. We had our quote right away, placed our order and put half down on the payment. They scheduled our install as soon as the carpet arrived, the guys moved our large furniture, removed our old carpet and pad, cleaned up the old glue, put in a very nice cushy pad that is moisture resistant then put the carpet down and replaced our furniture. All in slightly more than an hour. It looks great. We also had them make two 5x5 area rugs from the same carpet to put down in the pet area of the room. (One for now, one for later if there is an issue.) They waited almost a week before calling to see if we were happy with the carpet, the color and the install, then took the remaining payment. We will use them when we replace our vinyl flooring in the kitchen.

This review actually covers two different jobs that we had done by this company; the first was completed about two months ago, the second was just installed today.
The first issue that we faced when wanting to replace our old, low-quality drapes, was finding a Hunter-Douglas dealer who was close to our Fremont home, would actually answer the phone (rather than leave a message), and had a showroom where we could look at options. We called several local Hunter-Douglass businesses without ever reaching a person, until we called Signature One.
We then went in, and looked at numerous examples of different types of shades that we could choose from. The persons that we dealt with were clearly knowledgeable about their product lines, and we were able to make selections with confidence that we were getting what we wanted. I won't go into details about all our experiences with them, but the two projects ended up involving multiple visits to our house by the sales persons, in order to ensure that we could see the samples that we wanted (which ended up being obscure selections that they don't normally keep samples in stock).
When it came time to install the blinds, they have a contractor that they use to handle installation. The prices that they charged for installation seemed pretty modest, but he did a meticulous job in both installations, and we are Extremely pleased with our shades.
We strongly recommend Signature One for replacing window coverings!!

We met with Johnny at the store after we had a valve burst upstairs and the downstairs laminate was ruined. State Farm listed Carpet One as one of their preferred contractors. He showed us all of the options, costs, and we picked the laminate and set up the install. The install was done timely and well. The floors looked beautiful after and I was happy with their level of service.

Signature Carpet One was among 3 contractors we requested to come give us an estimate. John Shea was very astute and we liked the questions he asked and the quote he gave us. They were also very prompt in giving us accurate estimates in addition to giving us a competitive bid, so we went with them and are glad that we did. Ron Abruzzese was responsive and prompt in managing the project and being the point of contact. They had to work in coordination with the painters and there was one instance where the painters told me that base boards were not delivered so I called Signature Carpet One on Saturday morning and Ron delivered the base boards that we needed the same day. When it was later discovered that the baseboards were delivered after all, Signature Carpet One was gracious and accepted the extra baseboards back when they came back for the install.
We really appreciated their professionalism and fine work!

DID EVERYTHING OVER THE PHONE. THEY WERE VERY CONSISTENT FROM BEGINNING TO END. I DID NOT CARE FOR THE FLOORING ONCE IN, BUT THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WORK OR THE COMPANY. JOB WELL DONE.
