Schaa's Lawnmowers Sales & Service Inc

Taken to Schaa's and sat for six months in their shop. The biggest issue I have is that they don't call to let you know they are delayed or have other items coming in they believe are more pressing. They are very very busy and need additional help. We have used them several times and will continue to do so, but if an item is needed quickly, this may well not be the company for you. Nonetheless, they are very nice people and have a lot of integrity.

My lawnmower wouldn't start so I brought it to Schaa's.  Jesse diagnosed the problem and fixed it right on the spot for a reasonable price.  I will return to Schaa's the next time I have any issues with my mower.

I enjoy working with Schaa's Lawnmowers Sales and Service Inc. They are very straightforward, helpful, and their service is outstanding. They give you lots of information about the product and their price is fair.

Prior to this I had never owned a weedwacker. I chose this one based on consumers reports. I went to Schaa's as it was one of the few places in the area that carried the particular model and brand that I wanted. The customer service at Schaa's was superb! I told them I had never owned a weedwacker before and didn't know how to add more string when this one ran out. They walked me through how to use it and how to care for it and how to re-spool it. They also gave me a free pair of safety glasses. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Brought the unit it, they gave me an estimate and a completion date, called when an issue arose with the parts, and again when the unit was ready. Straightforward business.
