Raymond did a great job removing my wooden swing doors and installing a new track mounted roll up garage door and opener. I took the day off but the door wasn't ready on the day we agreed for the install, so it was postponed a day. This was not conveyed until late in the afternoon, which meant a wasted day off for me. He had a personal matter to attend to during the install day but came back to finish the job, working late into the evening to finish the job.

This is likely a one-man business, meaning only Raymond comes out and do all the work. Work-quality-wise, this doesn't affect the outcome, and overall the quality is good and timely. Schedule-wise, it does have a certain degree of negative effect. For me, Raymond missed the 2-hour appointment window he gave me twice by about 1~1.5 hours, so don't be surprised if he shows up late. Nevertheless, he did always call roughly 40 mins ahead to inform his actual arrival times.

Raynond does a good job with installation, but is very disorganized. He had to come back three times in order to finish the job, because his power tools didn't work, he brought the wrong windows, he forgot the decorative hardware.

Raymond did a great job. He was very responsive and finished the work in a half day. He listened to me and was very competitive. When a little issue developed he fixed it very promptly. He is very pleasant to deal with and I strongly recommend him with no reservations.
