Residential Property Management- Sandi Ohms

I was a weak buyer and she made it happen. Sandi helped me through the whole bewildering process. She will always be my realtor. I now have a rental property in San Jose and, no hesitation, Sandi would be my property manager, except it is out of her area. However, when it came time to find a property manager, I called Sandi and discussed at length with her what I should look for, what questions to ask, and about the contract. Sandi generously spend a long time answering questions without charging me. There cannot be anyone who works harder than Sandi. She is absolutely honest and extremely competent.

She was great. Her services were wonderful. She got us the house. She makes sure her clients get the right house. She made time for us whenever we needed to see a house. Her services exceeded my standards.
