I was a weak buyer and she made it happen. Sandi helped me through the whole bewildering process. She will always be my realtor. I now have a rental property in San Jose and, no hesitation, Sandi would be my property manager, except it is out of her area. However, when it came time to find a property manager, I called Sandi and discussed at length with her what I should look for, what questions to ask, and about the contract. Sandi generously spend a long time answering questions without charging me. There cannot be anyone who works harder than Sandi. She is absolutely honest and extremely competent.
Description of Work
Sandi was my buyer agent when I bought my home in 1996 and she was amazing. After talking to me briefly, she arranged to have her go-to mortgage broker call me and get me pre-qualified. Sandi gave me realistic guidance as to what I could afford and live with, "without being married to my house" . We discussed what I wanted and when she showed up, on time, she had numerous listings for us to see. Part of our day was simply education and then we found it, my house. I would not have gotten into this house without Sandi advocating for me.
