Renata's Cleaning Service

Renata is super sweet. She's great with our dog. She's really responsible. She's done a great job keeping our house clean and tidy.

Renata was very prompt. When she arrived the first thing she did was to kneel down and meet our dog. Letting him sniff her and all the supplies she brought with her so that he would be comfortable with her and the different items (vacuum, buckets and more) in the house. I could tell she was a dog person, that is very important to us.
She and I then did a walk through of the house and the different areas that need some attention. She asked great questions with attention to details of things I had not even thought of, such as windows and screens. She even thought to fluff the pillows and move all the furniture to make sure she got to the back corners and tough spots. She paid special attention to the kitchen cabinets that had (I am embarrassed to say) caked on grease that they were able to get off.
She was really friendly and made sure to ask if she had any questions, and noticed areas of the house that might need repair, a spot on the carpet, a window ledge and such. It felt like she was really invested in making the house sparkle.
She was very friendly, easy to talk with, and had great recommendations. She made us feel comfortable to have her in the house.
I would and do highly recommend Renata!!!

Overall, Renata's services were always well done and she took time to do details, like the dusting and going under furniture as well as cleaning cat hair from furniture.

We are very pleased with her service. She provides extremely good service. We just started using her about 3 or 4 months ago but will continue to use her.
