QUALITY BUILT DECK & FENCE

After starting the project several days later than promised, Mr. Nayab started complaining that he had under-bid the job (even though the work required was very apparent). After completely replacing one portion of the deck (approximately 20 % of the area), he skirted the rest of the work, actually re-attaching rotted wood and putting very obvious patches that did not match the rest of the deck. He actually said that new wood was too expensive. Then, when painting the deck, his crew carelessly sprayed dark paint onto the light-colored house exterior. We had to force them to paint over their sloppy work. After many arguments, he started demanding payment while refusing to complete the work as specified in the contract. We finally paid him for the work, even though the deck was not properly repaired (there are still rotted supports, and some of the rotted surface boards that he refused to replace are failing and loose, with screws falling out of them. The deck also has spots that are obvious patch jobs that are very unsightly. Finally, we will have to repaint the entire exterior walls of our house abutting the deck, and shrubbery that was damaged by his carelessness has not fully grown back after a year.

I was very pleased with the work. They did show up on time to the appointment. Their was 2 people doing the work and it only took them 1 day. They were very easy to get in touch with as well. I did check with a lot of places and this place was very well priced. It was a difficult job as well because they had to put the fence on a retaining wall for me.

Saleh designs beautiful fences and he stands behind his work. Like any company, employees sometimes make a mistake, but Saleh will re-do the whole job if necessary. He stresses to his employees that customer satisfaction is number one. Saleh is also a very nice guy and very easy to work with. He leaves a job all cleaned up with no trace of debris. We have used Saleh at two different properties over the course of the last 10 years and he has always been very fair and honest and left us with a beautiful fence. We have also referred him to many people and I've yet to hear any negative feedback.
