Professional Solutions-Unlicensed Contractor

When we originally spoke on the phone he told me he was going to charge more than the insurance company had already paid out and I tried explaining that I did not plan on spending more than the adjusters estimate and he argued with me and said they would pay the full amount and would not listen to me when I explained they had already sent a check and it was in my account so I would need to pay an differences in cost. He was treating me as if I had no clue what I was talking about. Needless to say, I did not appreciate this and decided not to use him.
