Carpet Cleaning
not natural - we are getting sore throats and trouble breathing from their 'enzymes'
they were an hour late and did not try to contact me until I contacted them 3x
it was a bait and switch of a coupon; $90 in a mailer that they denied, then charged $325 for a deep clean so the spots won't come back; $90 only cleans the top of the carpets -- whatever
no signage on truck makes me realize that they may not be a bonded legitimate business
they were nice, not sure if they moved furniture as I asked as I can't go on it
1 guy did the work, the other sat outside on his headphones/maybe checking messages
would not recommend

Carpet Cleaning
They didn't do too badly. I didn't like the fact that they didn't look very closely at the carpet. There was a very large chocolate milk stain. We had to call them to have them take care of it. The parts they did clean, they cleaned well. I wasn't that impressed with their service.

Hardwood Flooring Service
They were very good. They were professional, polite, and great craftsman. The business owner comes out himself to assist. He takes pride in his work. He charged less for real hardwood than other places charge for pergo. They had no mess and they were always on time.
