PETES PIPES & ROOTER CLEANING

This short section of galvanized pipe was partially buried in the front yard and needed to be excavated, replaced, along with a new hose bib and water shut-off valve.  Since this broken pipe occurred just 2 days before Thanksgiving, Pete was called at approximately 1:00pm due to previous work he had done at the same house.  He arrived at approximately 6:00pm the same day and took a little over 2 hours to complete the work.  Eventhough he worked in the dark during cold temperatures, the work was of high quality.  His response to our problem allowed us to hold a Thanksgiving day dinner at the same house.

He is reliable and shows up on time.

I looked on Angie's List for a local plumber with good ratings. I called Pete around 9 a.m. He stated that he or his son would be at my home between 11-3 p.m. His son arrived and determined the cause of the problem with my toilet within minutes. He had to go and purchase a part for it and returned and installed it. He was very polite and took the time to explain what the issue was. I would definitely use their service again.

I thought they did a good job.

Pete came out promptly. Since the leakage problem required going into a wall, we also asked him to recommend someone to replace the dry wall. Pete removed the part of the wall that covered the problem and was able to diagnose the problem, which was not what we thought. The bubbling was due to condensation rather than a leak. Pete resealed the area and turned the wall replacement over to the person he recommended to us. Pete as looked at the shower, which had been giving us poor water pressure. He was able to repair the valude causing the problem, so we did not have to replace the rather expensive part. He also replaced the seal on the toilet. it is now much more firmly seated. Not surprisingly, the part of the job that took the longest was the replacement of the wall section rather than the actual plumbing. We are satisfied with the work, and the price was less than we expected.

THE GENTLEMEN THAT CAME TO MY HOME TO PERFORM SERVICES WAS ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY FASHION, WHICH IS ALWAYS NICE! I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH MY SINK NOW THANKS TO THEIR COMPANY!
