Plumbing
Quality of work seems AOK, as far as I can tell. In verbal quote, spec'd 3ea of some sort of valve - the likely culprit for low water flow - but when it turned out to be a hose, didn't adjust the final price (I didn't think of this till later, so didn't ask about it at the time). Said he could send a detailed invoice of work down, as I could submit to my home warranty company (new purchase). When it didn't arrive, I called a half dozen times - but *never* received a return call nor the invoice. I had to pay out of pocket as I had no evidence of work performed. I suspect he's not returning my calls nor providing complete service as he's homophobic. I'd ask - but he won't call back!
