 + -1 moreMR. PHAN CAME EVERY WEEK, DID A GOOD JOB, KEEPING OUR YARD UP. WE DID ASK HIM TO DO SOME TREE TRIMMING ONCE, BUT THAT WAS A EXTRA CHARGE. HE WAS FLEXIBLE IN THE WINTER MONTHS, WHEN WE ASKED HIM TO ONLY COME EVERY OTHER WEEK. WE PAID HIM $25 PER WEEK.
Description of Work: MR. PHAN CAME ONCE A WEEK TO CUT THE LAWN EDGE THE GRASS, AND DO GENERAL WEEDING.
