Raymond took the time to review my problem. Walk me thru the steps and educated me on the issue before I even offer him the job. I had a 2nd opinion but the 2nd vendor from another company was rude and incompetent. Raymond won my business and and his 2 guys worked diligently to get the heater replaced and even worked on 4th of July to complete the job. Recommend highly for all. Honest.

Provided a quote to replace a small water heater. Had to leave during the installation to get copper tubing to complete the installation and charged an extra $200 as a result. Failed to confirm the heater actually worked and had to come back another day to fix the electrical (replaced a fuse). Overall, $575 to replace a small 10 gallon water heater for an outside shower. Disappointing

Emergency call responded to very quickly. Water heater was replaced same day. Excellent workmanship. Price seemed high, but that may be normal these days.

Service was great. They arrived within an hour and fixed the gas piping which was being dismantled from my outdoor spa. They also cleaned up the piping assembly and got the materials on their own. Pretty pricey for the amount of work done, but had no choice as I was in a hurry.

They were very prompt and completed my simple leaking refrigerator filter connection quickly. I just think that $250 was steep for a less than one hour repair that required no parts.
