Mister Paint

Mark Rice, the owner of Mister Paint, worked with us from beginning to end. He came in for the estimate, asked good questions, and noticed a lot of details. Our bid process was quite detailed and we also liked that he also made his own recommendations. We worked together on a timeline because we were having multiple contractors working on different things at our house like carpet install, window install, and hardwood refinishing. Mark was very communicative and mindful of details -- he communicated well with his courteous crew. His painting crew did a great job on our house and worked well with surprises. In one instance, the windows people made a mistake on their install date and came two days early (and needed to install a window in the kitchen while the painters are supposed to be working on the kitchen cabinets no less)! I had to call Mark and luckily (for the window installers as well as for me) the paint crew made accommodations to work with that. While not everything was smooth sailing, I was happy with Mark's professionalism and the fact that they worked on correcting any mistakes that are made. In my mind, the mark of a true professional is how mistakes and the unexpected are handled, and I would definitely use Mister Paint again for our future painting needs.
