Carpet Cleaning
The actual experience of the rug cleaning was very good. They came on time and preformed the service neatly and in a reasonable amount of time.I have no problem with that. The problem occured after the rug cleaning. The carpets looked okay for about 6 months and then we started noticing black pathways had developed on our hall way carpet and those lead into the bedrooms. The entrance to our family room and the exit out of the room onto our patio also became black with dirt. Our rugs looked worse than when we had kids and pets at home. I think that the method of cleaning removes the soil that is present, but leaves a residue that collects dirt and causes really ugly carpets. Not sure if this is the cause, but can't think of another reason. This is the first time we have used a dry cleaning rug service, but wouldn't ever use another.

Carpet Cleaning
I spent about $400 on that work and my experience went very well. It was a rental house and is taken and he cleaned up a lot of mess that was there.
