They did a good job.

This was a very good experience.The company was easy to reach and quickly was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time. They came as scheduled, reviewed the work to be done, made a few suggestions and promptly gave me an estimate.The performed the work when scheduled and left a clean job site.I had another estimate done by a different firm (also found on Angie's List) and they were very professional also but their estimate was 3Xs Marco Roofing's.Later that week there was an ad on Angie's List to have the work done even more cheaply but by then the work had been completed.

Not much to say here, everything went like clockwork; Marco was really great and I would certainly use them again.
The only issue that came up was while cleaning off the roof with a leaf blower at the end of the job one of the workers dropped gas on some shingles. When I brought it to the attention of the Owner's son (who managed the install) he had them immeditaly replace the affected area.

A little slow on the start date - Then we had a conflict - This put the start date later than I anticipated BUT the weather hels so all was well.

Chris Lamm, estimator for Marco roofing, climbed on the roof, removed some tiles, noted places where debris accumulated and prevented drainage. He noted where flashing around the chimney was faulty. In an e-mail he sent me an estimate within a day or two. A date was scheduled. The workmen showed up on time. They were courteous, responded well to questions, and completed there work during a morning. The work area and front yard were left clean. It was a very efficient, satisfying experience.

My tenant has not reported any leaks to me since the roof was repaired.

Awesome! Very professional. I set up an appointment and they showed up on time. Chris was very coureous and professional during the estimation exercise. He stuck to my requirements and did not try to sell me anything else (like some other contractors do).

On the day of the appointment, they showed up on time, performed the job and left the job site neat and clean. After they left, i found out that there was a minor fix needed to one of the downspouts. I sent them an email Saturday night. They came by on Monday and fixed it without me having to do any follow up calls.

Overall I was very impressed by their professionalism and quality of workmanship.

After having the house fumigated for termites, it was found that numerous roof tiles were broken by the pest control team when they put up and took down the tarp. Using Angie's List, I selected Marco's Roofing to check the roof and it turned out that there was more damage than expected. It turned out to be about 250 tiles. I then got a quote from Mike at Marco's roofing. I contacted the pest control company about the damage and they sent a roofer to confirm the damage. After negotiation, they agreed to share the cost of the repair based on the quote from Marco's Roofing. As for the actual repair, Marco's Roofing did a great job. They sent a crew of 3 who really knew what they were doing. They worked hard all through both days to replace the broken tiles over 2 full days. The result was a roof that looks great and doesn't leak.

We went back and forth with questions for at least a month and they responded as expected. Once we signed the contract, they sent us a brochure for gutter colors and within days they made the appointment and came out. Were done in about 1/2 a day. Cleaned up after themselves. Then mailed us the bill. No issues.

Marco Roofing and I got off to a funny start, but Chris Lamm and his staff were wonderful to work with. When my first appointment had to be rescheduled, I wasn't sure when I could make time to be here. Chris came over anyway (when we weren't around) and still managed to assess what needed to be done and sent us a quote the very next day. My fiance called him to talk about the quote, what we wanted and what our options were. We had to have Chris come back to look over a few more items and he managed to fit us in. A second quote along with gutter colors and choices came next day. We sent our choices in and Marco Roofing was back at our house within a week. The guys that came out were very professional and willing to answer all my questions. They showed me what they were going to do, explained the process and had me confirm the color choice was exactly what we picked. The only thing I would have liked is if they would have left the area a little cleaner, but overall, I'd still give them an A. Between the office staff, Chris and the guys who came out to do the work, I was more than satisfied. I would high recommend Marco Roofing to anyone out there who needs gutter replacement/repair. I will definitely be calling them when we need a new roof.

The owner gave full details of the work to be done and accomplished said work on time. He was very informative as to the type of gutters used and their advantages. The work went qucikly and cleanup was complete and very good. In future I will call Marco Roofing for any roof or gutter work I need.

They had a reasonable price. They did the work exactly when and how they said they were going to. It was great. I would use them in future.

During a gutter repair, a worker found there were sliding tiles on a part of the roof that we never see. I contacted the developer of our house to get the name of the roofing company. I called Marco Roofing and the person who answered the phone was very pleasant and made an appt for Chris Lamm, the estimator, to come out the next day. Chris came during the time frame I expected him and quickly looked at the problem. The next day he sent Mike Connolly out to repair the problem. Mike was very professional and creative in solving the problem. He explained what he was doing. He had to return the next day to finish the job. I was very happy with the prompt response from the company and the work done. I would certainly recommend the company.

Everything went well overall. There was a problem with one of the repair places, but they did come back out to fix it. They were very responsive, and we would consider using them again.

It turned out fine. When they put it in they spotted a few problems with our roof. One of the gutters raised the shingle and because of the way it was placed it caused a leak. However, they did repair that and I would consider them again. They were extremely fast—it was done in one day.

Everything went fine. They came back and did their stuff. They cleaned up well and were professional and courteous. The price was fairly good, but not the greatest.

They gave us a better price than a couple of other contractors. They did a decent job. They seemed to clean up after themselves very well.

The service went really well. They came out to find what was wrong and explained the problem to us. The ordered parts came and they repaired it. It is good so far.

Everything went well. Their prices were great, and the quality of the work was average. We were happy with them overall.

One man came to estimate and sent out a worker who repaired the roof, found more issues with the flashing and came back to do that work. All repaired in a timely and efficient manner. My only issue was that the roofing paint used over the flashing was done in an untidy fashion, although acceptable as most of it is out of view from the street.

Several of my neighbors had good experience with them. So when their bid was several thousand dollars less then the other big company and advertiser in Angie's List (no matter how I did the search, they always came out on top), I was confident they will do a good job. So they did. They came on time, or even earlier than 8 am. Clean up when they leave. The only thing that bothered me was the first day the team that remove the old roof had loud music on all day. I was gonna complained to them, but next day the real roofers were very well behaved. There were a bit of rain delay of a couple of days, after that, they worked strait through and finished the job. I was very satisfy with them.

They did a good job overall at a fair price. Supervision and review of the various crews' work was thorough and timely. They were patient while I decided on the type and color of the roof tiles. Their quote for the job was provided quickly.

The crew arrived on time and took the time to confirm with me the work to be performed and material to be used. The crew members were professional, responsive, friendly and FAST. When I brought an area of concern to Mike, he saw to it that the problem was corrected promptly. They did excellent work, completed it on time and for a price significantly less than their competition.

There was a bad storm that ripped my roof off. Marco's came, removed the old roofing, and helped renovate all the rooms as well. I am very pleased with the work. It was excellent and I would hire them again. I think they did a great job.
