Mary Hernandez of M.B.H.Properties was a life saver for me during a very difficult time.My brother passed away in June of 2012 and it fell to me to settle his affairs,including the sale of his home.I live in a different sate and was not able to stay in California for the number of weeks a project like that takes.I was given Mary's name by my brother's tax accountant,called her and with that call my problem was solved. Mary has been a Broker for 30years and in that time has assembled an impressive team of tradesmen:people she has worked with for decades so knows she can rely on them for timely and professional work.I was able to leave California and go home knowing the house was in good hands.She brought in all the necessary trades:an estate saleswoman to clean out  the house,a home inspection service ,painters,carpet layers,a skilled handy man,too( for minor repairs that didn't require a license),a janitorial service and a gardener.Anyone who has had to use tradesman knows that the costs for their services vary widely. Having someone with a team was very reassuring.Mary handled everything:gave the house a  facelift and sold it in record time for a price that was was much higher than I expected.I am very grateful to her and cannot recommend her highly enough.
