He did a very good job. I had used them before. I really like them. It looks better and they are very clean. His work was very good and he was easy to talk to. I really liked the results.

Everything was fine. Scheduling was fine and easy. They guys seemed very professional. I would tell a friend about them.    It took about and hour and they had their own stuff.

I have had Masters Touch (Pavlin) clean our very light colored family room carpet three times now.  The second time I called when he was 10 minutes late and he was just leaving - I had to leave for work at a certain time.  This last time I had an appointment for 8 AM.  A little after 9 AM I called to see if he was coming.  He didn't sound like he had been thinking about my appointment, but arrived at 9:30.  When I asked if he had remembered the appointment he told me yes, but they had to fix an equipment problem first.  He didn't offer a reason as to why he didn't call to say he would be late.
Once he arrives, he is very quick, but does a very good and thorough job.  (This time he had an assistant, so he was even quicker.)  We have a cat who throws up pumpkin on the carpet and my husband has a knack for stepping in grease in parking lots that ends up on our carpet.  The carpet is always spot free after it has been cleaned - and not just because the pile is lying in a different direction.  I have used one other company but they weren't able to get all of the stains out.  This is why I keep using Masters Touch, in spite of the punctuality problem.

Excellent Job!  I couldn't be more pleased by the work that Paul,  the owner of Master's Touch, did. I had him clean all the rooms in my house and it looks fabulous.  He came over, gave me a quote (incredibly great price) and scheduled a time accommodating for me. He showed up on time and got right to work. I was really impressed  by the repair he did on my carpet. I had a burned spot from my iron and was in my eyes every time i walk by. After he finished his work I could not believe - it looked so natural like never happen. He takes pride in his work and really does a great job. Do NOT hesitate to call. Strongly recommended!!!
