Mark and I had several meetings to discuss exactly how I envisioned my new kitchen before work began. He presented several variations of floor plans and discussed with me the pros and cons of each design. When the actual work began, he showed up every day. He managed to save some unique features the kitchen had while improving the appearance and general functionality of the space. I was consulted every step of the way; we visited the company who ordered the cabinets together to discuss detailed plans with the representative. He never lost patience, and was always willing to explain or work out a problem. He was always able to find a solution to the quirky problems the kitchen presented. Mark was a good listener, attentive to my wishes and worked with me until we had a satisfactory plan and completed project.
