+ -1 moreHorrible experience with driver and customer service person. My neighbor is getting concrete poured in their backyard. The Kelly's Concrete truck is COMPLETELY blocking my driveway - trapping my car inside the garage. I asked the driver to move 10:54am. He just shrugged. I rang the doorbell, no one home 10:55am. I asked the contractors to have the driver move. No response, but they did pause the concrete 10:56am. I called the phone number on the side of the truck 10:58am, they told me they'd call him and have him move. That's when they restarted the concrete and kept pouring. At 11:46am, almost an HOUR after I called, the truck pulled away.
