It is not easy to get a good gardener at a reasonable price, so I am super glad that I found Juan. He and his crew is excellent and dependable, and I am so glad we have him to help us keep the front and back yard in good condition.

fServices started in August, 2011 to December, 2011. Things started out very well with Juan and his helpers doing a very professional job of maintaining front and back lawns and simple garden landscaping. He was to come on Saturday mornings - every other weekend for twice a month. During the winter when the lawn goes dormant, he agreed to trim several fruit trees in the backyard.
I did have a problem with communication on when he would come over - sometimes on Saturday - sometimes, Sunday - sometimes not at all. He said he was worried about our dog being outside if my car was not in the driveway, but I told him the dog is never outside when I am not home. I never knew when he would come and had to leave the gate unlocked longer than I felt safe. He said he didn't have my phone number - but he did, though I gave it to him again.

He came only one time in December and then never came back and though I wrote him, he never answered me and I finally sent a and quot;I no longer need your servicesand quot; in February, in case there was any doubt that our and quot;agreementand quot; was severed.

Since it was a "simple" job, Juan didn't think it was necessary to write out a contract, so I did worry a little, but everything went well. I think I would have felt more comfortable with our agreement done in writing. Maybe this part isn't a big deal in his line of business - I am not too familiar with working with contractors.
