JIMMY'S PAINTING

Jimmy provides punctual, good quality service. He was able to start the job within days of signing the contract and finished on schedule. He was very thorough in removing doors, lighting and electrical fixtures, and patching holes.

They finished the job in three days. They power washed everything first. They put plastic covering on all the windows. The actual painting only took two days, very quick. They are efficient, quick, and clean up after themselves. I am pretty satisfied with their work.

Jimmy's wife Kim is very polite and professional on the phone, and makes it very clear that customer satisfaction is a priority. And ultimately they did their best to resolve the problems we had before requesting payment, which we appreciated. We were also impressed with Jimmy during the estimate, and I suspect when he is on site the work is well done. For whatever reason, our painting dates were moved up two days without notice to us, and Jimmy was not present during the painting, which resulted in specific instructions that had been given to him not being conveyed to or carried out by his workers. It took a week to correct the problems, but they were corrected before they requested payment. I think the price may be a little high, but had the job been done with Jimmy present, and done according to specifications, I think Jimmy does a reasonable job for the money. I might use them again, but I would make a point of being home.

We used Jimmy's painting as he was referred to us to paint the exterior of our house. We were very impressed, because he did a great job. First, he powerwashed our house & let it dry for 4 days, then he returned, filled the cracks, & primed the house before painting.
