The day after Christmas our sewer drain was backing up into our bathtub. First plumber never called back so we called J&K and Joe called back right away. He was very busy but said he would come by after 5 pm. He snaked our drain clean from the roof vent, said we may have a tree root problem but didn't try to oversell us. One week later we had the same backup and he responded within an hour and snaked the drain clean again(no additional charge). He showed us with the camera where the tree roots were and came back 2 days later, installed a clean-out and bored the roots out. He charged us less than the original quote and was very professional.
