.I called Jag's to get my Viking range repaired. Sonja answered the phone and was difficult to understand with her heavy accent. But I did tell her what I needed and she said I had to have a serial number before she could schedule the work.
I called her the next day with the serial number and she didn't remember me, but said she would have the repair person call me the next day (Friday)....
I waited all day Friday, but no one called.
Finally, on Monday...Sonja called me and asked when I would like to have someone come out....did not ask for the serial number.
I told her I had already scheduled someone else to do the work and she said and quot;fineand quot;....
Jag's may be a great place, but they need some one else on the phone and making appointments....they lost a customer that day

The repairman was punctual, professional and quick! In addition to fixing the sensor, the repairman noticed that a recall had not been done on our refrigerator, so he provided all the information we needed to get the part, and will come back to install the new part (a door hinge) once it arrives. FYI, we have a Viking refrigerator.

They were great. I have an oven and cook top. When there was any kind of boil over, it would leak through the self-cleaning unit of the oven and would destroy it, and they fixed it for me. They were prompt, courteous, on time, really clean and really polite. They can come back anytime my appliance breaks. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They were able to schedule me fairly quickly, especially considering the holiday season. They arrived when they said they would; the work went quickly; the oven is now back in shape.
