In general everything went well. The installers were prompt and courteous. They cleaned up after. In general the quality of their work was good. There was a small glitch. Where the edging wrapped around the corner there was a gap of about 3/16". In order to conceal it they caulked the gap. Unfortunately, the quartz was black and the caulking was white which accented the problem. I asked them to return and caulk it with black. That never happened and I have now re-caulked it myself.
In the future I won't make the final payment until the job is done to my satisfaction.

Not good. These guys are not professional and frequently I had to have them come back to fix issues such as uneven tiles and sloppy workmanship. They were grumbling in Spanish about having to come back and fix their poor work (obviously thinking I don't understand Spanish). Also, they made a mess in the yard with tile pieces, coffee cups and stratch lottery tickets. I wouldln't use these guys again. I would however use them again for granite -- they did counter tops very well !

Went very well. Rajiv was very responsive and his granite guy was great. I used a lot of vendors during my house remodel and Rajiv and Granitekraft were amazing. Highly recommended.
