He is just excellent. He is confident and fair with his pricing. He is very honest and knowledgeable. He has about 10 mechanics working for him and hes personally makes sure that everything is good before the vehicles leaves his shop.

Every service I've had done at FFA has gone exceptionally well. In the last year I've had 2 big jobs done on my Subaru as well and all have been completed on time and I've always been treated as if I were a family member they were making sure whose car was safe to be on the road for any length of trip. I will continue to use their services. Eduardo (owner) is the best. I'm a totally satisfied customer.

I took it in and it had occasional symptoms, so they didn't want to charge me for something that may not need to be done. So about six months later the symptoms increased and became more detailed, so then they were able to make a more clear diagnosis and take care of the problem. I was very impressed with their honesty and integrity.

He indicated a couple of possibilities, but likely cause was faulty resistor. Cannot be sure until they take a look.
He spelled out the overall pricing. Labor to evaluate, applied to repair if I decide to proceed.
Took car in, left it there for the day.
They called to give me final estimate, and again in the afternoon, when they said they would. Car is ready for pickup.
I left work early to pickup car.

I initially went in for an oil change. When my car was looked at by the mechanic, he saw my gasket cracked and Shari noted that I double checked if I had previously been in to get the gasket fixed. She saw I had been in previously for the gasket and verified it was covered under the warranty and was fixed for free. They also found my drive belts needed to be replaced. We rescheduled a time for me to come back in to get the gasket and the drive belts fixed. It all went smoothly and easily. I've always been happy with the service at Fremont Foreign Auto. I recommend them to friends and family all the time.

They provide really intelligent auto care. He is very knowledgable.

They are just fabulous. It came back in almost brand new condition. They couldn't have been better if they tried. They polished the car. They steam-cleaned the engine.

Eduardo worked on my car and determined the check engine light was on because of a faulty pressure valve, which he replaced. He also changed the oil, and did an overall check of the car (checked fluids, pressure gauge, etc). He even replaced some burnt out headlights and brake lights for me, for only the cost of parts. I told them I needed the car by 2, and the car was ready to go when I got there. Everyone I spoke with there was knowledgeable and helpful.

They have been great. They have a great price and great turnaround. They were fantastic and we will continue to keep going there. They are very, very polite and very knowledgeable. They worked with us really well. They did the work in a couple of hours. They worked on both our Prius and Highlander. They are not certified for the Prius but the only people that get certified are Toyota dealerships, but their people are trained on working on them. The guy that runs the place said they had to have their people trained; otherwise they would get electrocuted. He was funny and really, really nice. Their prices were reasonable and we liked them.

The price was far less than the dealership and substantially less than our old independent mechanic. The work was prompt and well done. There isn't much parking on the lot, but the service and price far outweigh any inconvenience.

They were excellent. Two other mechanics were unable to solve the problem with my car and they solved a mystery engine light problem. They are knowledgeable and service oriented. If you main goal is to save money, don't go there.

HONEST, courteous, kept me informed, gave me a ride home and picked me up when I wasn't able to get back to pick up the car. Not your usual "greasy" car shop --- busy, but clean and my car was returned to me clean as well.

With the oil change, I got insight into the potential issues with a timing belt and an upcoming need to change it which was scheduled later. After replacement, the owner showed me the part which had indications of stress and wear that would have eventually lead to the part failure. I really appreciate that kind of knowledge and forewarning.
