Bob's work was prompt and efficient, the costs and expenses were exactly as quoted (or slightly lower). His thorough preparation and collaborative work with the escrow agent meant that all of the paperwork was completed correctly, the document signing went smoothly and the escrow closed on time with no problems. Bob made the whole process as painless as possible. We have worked with Bob for nearly 20 years, through two houses and numerous re-fi's. Each time the process has gone very smoothly, the work has been of the highest quality and the overall experience has been excellent. Every contact I have had with him has been courteous, helpful and professional.
