Received his contact information from our contractor, who strongly recommended his work. He was pretty busy, but we made an appointment for about a week later. He came out to take measurements and had pricing to us a couple of days later. It was the most reasonable quote we received, and with the contractor recommendation, we decided to go forward. We decided to go with the ShowerGard option on the glass. The day of the installation, it turned out that one of the glass pieces had been cut to the wrong size. He took it back to the shop and had the correction made with no additional cost to us. On the same visit he noticed while taking the glass through one of our new Milgard patio doors that it needed an adjustment. He adjusted the patio door right then, no charge. He deals in Milgard and is very knowledgeable about their products. The shop took about a week, but as soon as the glass was ready his company came back to do the install. Everything fit perfectly. He even measured the door so it would just miss hitting an inside wall if we decided to swing the door inwards. So nice to not have to worry about that. A few days after the install I noticed that a little bit of water was getting through the seal around one of the glass brackets. His worked came back and made the quick fix. We have had no problems with it since. This was a great company to work with. Great pricing and service from professionals who have been in the field a long time.
