They are prompt and they fixed it in 24 hours and very good and professional and nice and replaced the LCD and fixed other things without charged and I give them an A plus.

Looked for computer repair on AL. Wanted a company within 10 miles of home with an A rating and BBB. Track pad was shot and I'd had been wanting to add some more RAM. All was done in four days. Two gig RAM @ $99 each and new pad for $145.00.

Have used them for ten years. Have always done a great job, very fast turn around. Lowest prices in the bay area. Apple authorized repair. Family owned. Good supply of parts in stock. They do board level repair. Never had a repeat repair and I have used them more than a hundred times. Friendly staff.
