Tom and his associates have taken a credit of a sale that he abandoned. Him and his associates were extremely unprofessional and also created a dangerous atmosphere for children and disabled person living on the property. Tom often complained about not getting paid by the former owner and also he couldn't find a buyer after 6 months. When we realized how disrespectful Tom and his associates were the tenants took the property sale into their own hands and was able to land a deal with a buyer. I read today in a commercial email that he closed out of a sale. There was a picture of my house. Tom is now taking credit for sale that he did not even complete. We were able to close out the sale within 3 months. He made the tenants on the property miserable and he worked his workers for 7 days a week morning, noon and all the way through the night till 7 p.m. Including holidays, birthdays, and graduation celebrations. The tenants could not get a moment of peace. When we expressed our concerns to Tom he continued to send his workers. Not caring if we still had to live here and try to maintain a normal life. The tenants do not appreciate Tom taking credit for something he abandoned because he was more concerned about getting paid and how fast he was getting paid. We do not condone or appreciate Tom and his associates' disrespectful Behavior and also inadequate repairs. Tom promised that he would help us but instead he abandoned us and we had to finish the job for him. We do not appreciate him taking credit for something he failed to finish. Tom is not who he claims to be.
