Comfort Stars Heating and Air Conditioning

Sean, with Comfort Stars, was quick to respond to my Angie's list search and was able to come out the next morning (Sunday). Diagnosed the problem and felt confident he could have the parts the next day. He called the next morning with the parts and price adjustment. Replacement parts were an upgrade for my 22 year old heater. He showed up Monday afternoon and my house was getting warm again very soon after. I was very Happy with his professionalism and knowledge. Strongly recommend Comfort Stars.

Sean called me back very quickly (even though it was a Sunday night) and added me to his stops on Monday. Kept me informed ads to his arrival time, and showed up as promised. Sean, showed up right on time. He was extremely professional and courteous. He went right to work checking the air filters first and then moving outside to the unit. He seemed to know what was wrong right away after testing a few items. He explained everything he was doing and showed me the broken part. We live in Fremont. He said he would have to go to San Jose to get the part, but could have it running today. He was true to his word. The air conditioner is running perfect now. The cost was minimal. I highly recommend him and would hire him again in a heartbeat.
