We did use that service and we were satisfied with the equipments. They did additional to pay this less. Their charges were reasonable. They responded quickly and on time. We were satisfied to the service that they rendered.

This was the first time that I had to deal with a reroofing project. The entire process was a pleasure, from getting a fair quote, having the work done, and processing payment. Chandler Ham knows the business and how to take care of customers. Highly recommended.

Chandler Ham came highly recommended by a couple of my acquaintances, including one of our neighbors. Mr. Ham came by for the estimate and provided me with the information I needed to make my decision.
We had our wood shake roof replaced by lifetime warranty composition shingle. This material is quite thick and provides a nice dimensional appearance. They installed decking, felt, metal flashing and the shingles.
The work was excellent. Took about 2.5 days. We are very pleased with the results and satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and materials. We did have to follow up on our own once we submitted our acceptance of the quote, but we were pleased overall with their responsiveness, price and work.

• The crew showed up each day as they said they would and were courteous and responsive while here.
• They went out of their way to clean up as they went so that we didn't trip over/strep on anything when we came out of the house.

• Overall, great job, but we haven't had any rain yet so in terms of performance it's hard to say at this point.

Chandler Ham wrote a detailed estimate., answered all of our questions, gave local references, got permits and started and ended the job as planned. They even came on a Sunday to finish as rain was coming Monday.

I contacted Chandler and Ham Roofing based on your Angie's list report. They responded in a satisfactory manner. The owner of the company came and did the estimate. It was about half the cost of another roofing company. They were a little slow in sending me an written estimate, but there wasn't a rush to get the work done.

The company called and schedule an appointment of 7/1/11, and they were here on time to start. The workman, 3 of them, worked continuously and finished the job in about 8 hours. They seemed competent and cleaned up the area after they finished the work. It was a satisfactory experience from estimate to the finished job

I was pretty happy with that price.

Their inspection was comprehensive, with detailed photos of all needed repairs. Their estimate for repair was quite a bit lower than the one from the inspection company provided by the seller.

They did good work. They got done with the roof in about 2 days. The first day the tore everything off, removed all the old shingles and put on all the plywood. Then the next day they put on the shingles and all new gutters.

Cand H has been taking care of our roof since the house was built in 1991. They always work from a written estimate and often will advise against work they don't think is necessary. Perfectly reliable.

HARD TO CONTACT BUT OVERALL A GREAT CONTRACTOR. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND REPAIR ITEMS THAT WERE BROKEN. CONTRACTOR SUB-CONTRACTED ROOFING JOB, BUT STILL THE SERVICE AND PROJECT DONE ON TIME. THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE TO OTHER CONTRACTORS.

The roof is still there. They take pride in their work. I have had no problems, or leaks with the roof. They did a great job at cleaning up after themselves. They are very reliable, and do good work. They do dependable work that really holds up. I would refer them.
