Window Treatment Service
Steve Jacklin is the owner (and main employee)of the business. He is friendly and not too pushy about the sales. Originally, we wanted shutters, but he advised that the shutters wouldn't work with our window frames. With his input, we decided to order composite wood blinds. The blinds arrived after 3 weeks and Steve installed them in our windows. It took about 90 minutes for him to install all four blinds. Overall, the workmanship was okay. We had two adjacent corner windows which he installed a mitered valence. However, the miter cut didn't look particularly clean. There was still some residual hardware left behind which he should have cleaned up.
