During a remodel of our master bath and master bedroom we discovered termites in multiple, non-adjoining, locations Our primary pest control contractor did an on-site evaluation and recommended tenting/fumigation as being the most cost-effective means of riding the structure of termites since it was impossible to know the extent of infestation, i.e., what other rooms were involved, and because the 25 year old structure had never been fumigated. The pest control contractor made arrangements to have Best Care handle the job.
The preparation instructions received via e-mail from Best Care were very comprehensive and not difficult to follow. The job started on a Monday. On the Friday before, Best Care called and provided a "window" for their arrival time. They called again on Monday morning to confirm that "window." They did arrive within that "window". It took a couple of hours to install the tent on the two-story 3500 sq. ft. structure. Seemed to go off without a hitch. Two days later I received a call from the job foreman advising that the house would be ready to reoccupy in 30 minutes. We checked out of our hotel and arrived just as they were finishing.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT, WELL COORDINATED, AND WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THERE WAS ONE EXCEPTION WHEN THEY HAD LEFT SOME PADDING ON THE ROOF AND WERE NOT ABLE TO REMOVE IT UNTIL SEVERAL DAYS LATER.
