That was with a senior discount. We are pretty happy with them. We like everything about them. They are good with the pets. It is really hard to remember how long we have used them because the vet we were using was just down the street. Then they closed the practice and some of their people went over to Ardenwood. I would say we have been using them for probably 20 years. It’s more then 10, say 15 years.

We've had dogs for 25 years. Always chows. He's been our vet for 10 plus years and he's just wonderful. He cares, first and foremost. He does a good job. He is good at what he does. He'll take you through, just as you would with a human, he'll take you through what your alternatives are with whatever you are working with. He doesn't assume this will be the treatment, he will take you through a treatment plan and then give you 2 or 3 more and then give you the chance to pick the one that makes sense. He is really, really good. What he will do, let's take medication for example, if he prescribes a medication for your dog or cat, he'll tell you what it's going to be and then you can go out and search the web and he'll match the web price. That's helpful. And if you don't know it, you will pay a little more but if you do know that he will match the price. In terms of service for the general checkup he is in line with the current priceline. The one thing that is important for us is if you call up and have an issue that just popped up, he'll make time in his day to make sure that that animal is seen that day. We've run into issues with other veterinarians with other vets in the area that they will try and make time the next day or the day after. He will make time that day. The other thing that he doesn't do that we've seen done, is that he doesn't inflate prices. He will take care of the urgent need, talk about other peripheral issues there might be but very conservative in his overall methodology and not trying to make you pay more than you should but definitely very caring making sure the animal comes out of there in great shape. We wouldn't use anybody else.

The doctor and his staff are accommodating. They are able to get us in and Dr. Rue is amazing.

The quality of care and the quality of service are both excellent at Ardenwood.

They are excellent. This one is the one that helps us with our dog. We really have enjoyed him and his staff. Basically, the attitude, when our dog was dying, he was very sympathetic. He is telling us to all the things he could do about the dog and his attitude was perfect enough to perfect world. The other one was very pal list, my husband just said money-oriented. This service just seem to be more compassionate, and I just appreciated that because that is the time we really actually we need somebody to say, let us try this procedure, that it works, and that is definitely what they are doing with us. Let us try this procedure, that one did not work, and we ended up to pay about $3000 for the other dog in 2 weeks. And this doctor was just excellent, the one we went to and he tells us what we do, put her down and I thought more compassionate than trying every procedure in the book. I do not know if he knows the doctor house, it was like that. You know how he was going to every procedure in the book to find out if he was dying any way, that is what I felt with my dog, she was pomeranian. And I felt like every place we went to, was exactly went to one hospital Aloney Veterinarian Hospital and they come this procedure was her last end and the doctor says to me, we lost her but I revived her. We can take her to the Davis Veterinarian Hospital for the veterinarian practice on the college. And I thought, my dog, she died and her bladder was about twice as the original size. So, she had examined it for large. They were just doing one procedure after another on that photo time. She lost like she was only 6 pounds at that time she lost was down to 2 pounds. They were very heartless, I found all the other doctors we have gone to, this one doctor thought, where did I find him first. Anyway, we had him now with this Ardenwood Pet Hospital. It is very wonderful, anyone who we have gone through, we have got every doctor that we gone through have been very good. So, that is what I appreciate. Isn't it, it was horrible, they hurt them to be doing all those procedures on her and it was within 2 weeks she died from the first doctor. I think we went to all the doctors there. So, this one is our favorite. For the triflexis, it was about a hundred dollars. .

Ardenwood Pet Hospital is very professional and they have always given me good service and quality care for my cat.  I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Rue has great bedside manner. He is very patient. He will do the procedure that is less money and what he thinks is necessary and not just what is most expensive. I've been using him for about 20 years. He's great about answering any questions you have.

He does everything, all services. He and his staff are amazing. They treat my animals like their own. They are just great.

THEY HAVE FAIR PRICES AND SEEM KNOWLEDGEABLE IN PET CARE. THE VETERINARIAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CARING. THEY WERE UNABLE TO CURE MY DOG'S SKIN PROBLEM WITH MEDICINE.
