Mike's crew showed up right on time (9am). The crew, Matt, Chris & Jay were polite, very professional. Reviewed the entire job with Matt to make sure everything was as planned in the quote. Matt showed me exactly what they were going to do and explained in detail the process and time frame. Job should be finished around 1 to 3 pm. Went off to work leaving my uncle to keep eye on progress. Arrived back around 12:30, The electrical was done and Jay had left. Mike & Chris were working on the finishing touches, one on the inside unit the other on the outside unit. Was very impressed with the work so far, the inside job site area was completely protected. When the job was done, the work area was pristine. The outside unit looked great, was installed in correct location, the ground had been leveled and graded. The whole job looked very professional. Right on time, around 2pm that nice cool air started flowing. Job well done. Its been about 3 weeks and everything is working great. The state inspector is due soon, will finish this report after his inspection. State inspector signed on job no problems.

Mike Alton came by to do the estimate and his knowledge and advice was very good. I especially liked that he knew a lot about more modern energy efficient solutions. The price quoted was very competitive. The crew was on time and the overall installation process was painless. This included good experiance on how to appease the local county inspector to make sign off on the permit go smoother. The Fujitsu system I chose was newer and as a result Mike and his team had not a lot of experiance with it. A noise problem came up on the one of the inside units and Fujitsu tried to push responsibility back onto Alton AC. They came back twice to fix it but were unsuccessful. Finally when the same problem came up with another client Fujitsu admitted a muffler would be needed and sent out parts. Alton AC installed it and the problem went a way. Alton AC was in constant contact with me trying to work this issue. I really blame Futjitsu on this one for poor support. Alton AC is a good company and even with this problem they communicated well with me and did everything I think they could to find a solution.

They did a good job. The gentleman who came from this company knew what he was doing. When I called them first they tried to help me on the phone itself as it was not necessary for them to come and it would have been an unnecessary expense for me.

This is a great family owned company. Mike and Jake are very knowledgeable and try to explain everything to your satisfaction. The workers were prompt and very tidy. They did the whole job in one day. The system they recommended is fantastic. I would definitely recommend Alton.

My first contact was with Mike. As it turns out, he had family living just down the street from my home so knew exactly what kind of heating system I had. We arranged an appointment for the next morning at 8:00am. Ben arrived promptly at 8 and went to work. He was courteous and professional. He quickly identified the problem with the obstructed pilot line. Once removed, the clog proved to be difficult to dislodge, but Bens perseverance paid off. Replacement parts are no longer available for my old model furnace, so my only other option would have been a fairly expensive replacement of the value system. Once repairs were complete, he tested the system several times to make sure that it would operate properly. He left my home as clean as when he started. All and all, I was very happy with my experience.

Wow! I called them this morning, and the technician came out this afternoon. He replaced my thermostat and cleaned/checked my furnace. He was prompt, courteous, and conscientious. Sorry I didnt know about them before.

I had a nice experience with them. They let me know the most efficient and affordable angle to take on the task. These people were very polite and considerate of my home. I really enjoyed working with them. These folks get the highest remarks from me. They were able to get the job done right away. They actually raised the whole unit up to lower the noise level. They did a great job all around.

WE HAD AN OLD FURNACE THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THEY CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT IT AND WE DECIDED TO REPLACE IT. WE THEN USED THEM LATER TO HAVE AN AIR CONDITIONER PUT IN OUR CURRENT HOME. BOTH TIMES THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH.

They did excellent work and were very meticulous. Cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I felt they were courteous and were really good to work with. They had reasonable pricing as they were not the most expensive one we talked to.
