ACTION MOVING & STORAGE

They moved me here very bad. They told that they would move me in one day and which they did not. I had lot of stuff to move as I was there for sixteen years but still the gentlemen told me that he was going to bring more people which he did. The people he brought were fine but it was the way he was doing it. I felt like you should take one moment of time but they were just going all over. It was the manager that had them doing that and then there were stuff that I didn’t want them to take. I had left out of the room and they brought it because the manager had told them to go ahead and do it. He was just telling me that I had to move a lot of stuff before they came in and I did but he did not tell me that he needed different stuff boxed up. He just said that he needed it moved so that he could get it out quicker. The only thing that I did was to put it over tables and stuff like that. I had most of my stuff already boxed and the stuff that I didn’t have boxed because my house closed. The main thing was that they broke a lot of my stuffs and I didn’t know that because they had hid it. They were supposed to put everything in my house but when I came to my house they were just hurrying up. When I came back out they had almost put everything out in the garage so it was like I had a mirror and I did see the base part of it as it was there. He took all my stuff with them as they were from Sana lay and the guy told me that they were going to put a lock on it and give me the key but he didn’t do that. The manger left and said that he was going to the bank and he never came back. Then I had to call them to check what time they were going to leave and they did leave at 8’o clock because I knew that they had the truck and waited for an hour before I left. The lady in my apartment told me that she had heard them breaking few of my stuff and she also told me that they had left too much of trash in front of the apartment which made her very angry. I noticed after two days that my table top had broken and I had told the manager to take it carefully but he had told me that he would take all by himself. After two days I cleaned all the trash that they had left. She also told me that they had put all the glass in her flower bed instead of putting it in the garbage. I got all of it from there. Firstly he had told me one price and I expected it to be a little more. He had told me $1500 but when he got here he said that he wanted $2500 and I told him that I wouldn’t pay it because a little more I could understand but that was a lot more. So I did give $2000 which I shouldn’t as I didn’t know that my stuff was broken. I never ever could get in touch with them after that as they never answered the telephone. I would not recommend them to anyone. It was not the boys that I wouldn’t recommend that helped but the manger because the workers were fine other than dropping.
