He did a great job. He took care to protect the flooring in front of the closet where the water heater was as well as the flooring in the kitchen. He brought someone along to help him remove the existing heater and angle in the new one. Not an easy job at all. Very neat - cleaned up after doing both jobs. Punctional and very professional. When I have any plumbing issue he will be the first one i call.

It was a big job and went very well. This was right around the holiday. The first time they came out once to do the estimate and a temporary fix and then came out after the holiday to do the permanent repair. This was important due to the fact that this was at an apartment complex and my residents didn't lose any service over the long weeekend. They were very meticulous. The clean up job after they were done was great. Really professional all the way.
