Description of Work: RESTRETCH 3 BEDROOM CARPETS. BEST EFFORTS ONLY, NO WARRANTY. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO CARPET. FURNISH AND INSTALL MANNINGTON 'AURORA #47071 VINYL FLOORING OVER NEW FIBER UNDERLAYMENT. REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF EXISTING VINYL AND UNDERLAYMENT. CUSTOMER WILL REMOVE AND RESET APPLIANCES AND WALL BASE. CUSTOMER WILL REMOVE FURNITURE PRIOR TO SCHEDULED APPT.
