Also asked them to re-key the lock (as it was a new house). All told they were fixed the door handle and re-keyed the lock in 30 minutes.
He made us test the new keys to verify all worked and asked if the deadbolt was too tight. He then made a few changes to make it easier to turn the deadbolt.
