Tom from tier 1 showed up on time and was very professional! My railing on the right side was bent to all hell and the whole door was stuck open and crooked I thought it would?ve had to been replaced but tom assured me he could fix it. About 2 hours later he had me up and running and actually took the time to show me what he did. I will never use any one else but him. I would definitely recommend any one do the same!

Called him out to replace my garage door because my old one was squeaking and very slow at opening and closing. Was out the next day to help me. My new garage door now runs so quiet and smooth compared to my last one. Great customer service. Explained to me all that was wrong and was very honest with pricing. I hired Tier 1 Doors to replace my broken garage door. I tried to open it and the top of the door ripped in half! I called Tier 1 on a Saturday night and they had my door replaced and working by Monday morning. They were easy to work with and extremely honest. Best of all, they?re veteran owned!
