I wanted to thank Hector and his team for working on my backyard. The best part of working with him was going to the nursery where we can choose the plants for the project. He took his time to explain the pros and cons of each plant as well. Given that this was an all-new process, Hector also gave us his own advice on the ideas we had. It was a very lengthy process to begin the landscaping process because we live in the HOA community. Hector patiently worked with us to fill in all the necessary information requested by our HOA on the applications. Additionally, once the work was completed, Hector gave great instructions on how to care for the landscaping. If we had any issues, Hector would come out to address them promptly.

They did what they said they were going to do and they did it when they said they were going to do it.

Hector was very unprofessional and was very dismissive of my concerns. He would come and go at his convenience. At least twice he shut our water off while he knew we were there, with no warning. The cement work has some issues, it is too high, it should have been recessed and was not. No grading or drainage was done. They left garbage and cigarette buts everywhere. Se plant-based were not covered well, but I was told that when the dirt gets wet and settles, that can happen. I asked him to come back and address my concerns. He did, but he argued with me and actually said I was being argumentative. I think he does not like to be questioned. He again dismissed my concerns about the cement and explained the grass would fill in and be higher - yeah, like in 30 years! After he fixed the issues, he left without walking me through what he did. super unprofessional! Do not hire this company!

J&H did the installation of the backyard landscape for us. It turned out great, we are pleased with the result. The job went a little slower than I wouldâ ve liked, but they kept showing up and working away, and it worked out in the end. We had J&H do grading, irrigation, concrete, a retaining wall, trees and sod. I like the quality of the materials they have used. The cons: concrete took too long apparently due to the limited availability of the concrete and the concrete crew. Pros: Hector presented a straightforward quote (all details in writing), which included a payment schedule consisting of progress payments for the project, we kept seeing results as we made incremental payments, and the crew was getting paid as they completed the work as promised.

Hector and his team did an amazing job of transforming my weed filled lifeless dustbowl of a yard into a magnificent park like get away. His design ideas and inspiration were exactly what we wanted and the reveal was better than we could have ever expected. J & H were professional, timely and had fantastic customer service. Hector and guys were like close family friends and were open to our design changes. Thank you home advisor and thank you Hector. We LOVE our new back yard.

They did a very good job on my project. New house install concrete, rock, plants, sprinklers and sod. Very please with the outcome.

Excellent work and done very timely. He said it would be done in 3 weeks and completed in a little over 2 weeks which included tree removal and a lot of cement work. Hector even did some extra little things without charging. He did suggest other changes which added some cost but he kept us informed and gave us choices. He and all the workers were honest and considerate. They cleaned up each day before they left the work site. He recommended a change to the layout on our landscape plan which we really loved. He listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the plan.He was easy to communicate with and kept us informed of the schedule and any changes needed. Our neighbors have expressed how much the landscape improvements have enhanced our yard and home. When we want to do our backyard we will definitely invite him to do the work. We highly recommend his company and crew!

Hector Leon was good to work with - was attentive to needs, was hands on and timely. Quality of finished product, concrete walkway, stamped concrete Patio, lawn and plantings was good. Workmen were courteous and helpful

I hired Hector to put in a basketball court and a pool, and I gave Hector a deposit of $3400, Hector started doing different things, he started installing sprinkler heads, I never authorized that, he was to get a pool guy and install a basketball court, I stopped from from completing that work I did not authorize and now I am out $3400

It was a rather small job, but the owner didn t treat me like a small customer. Will definitely use for some other projects in the future.
