He works with the company that laid the tiles in our bathrooms. They were familiar with him. They would contact him when questions came up. They were excellent all the way. We will consider going there again in the future.

The staff at Tile Matters have separate areas where they provide a high level of personal service and support to the customer. The customers is able to select their pieces at separate tables set up in the showroom with an employee and no one is rushed. The selection is one of the best in a tile store.

The salesperson offered a very artistic design. The employees were helpful and worked to make it cost effective according to my budget. I explained my desires and they were able to plot it out to meet my needs. It was a special order on some of the chosen tiles. The tiles arrived in a timely manner.
