RENAISSANCE DOORS & WINDOWS

We wanted to see life-size actual samples so we went to the show room. It was well worth the trip and recommend you do the same. We met Jamie Camunas who helped us pick out exactly what we needed for a reasonable price. But the fabulous experience didn't end there. We paid extra to have them take care of the permitting; that was well worth the extra cost. On the day of the install, the crew showed up on time, covered all the walls in plastic and had a tarp on the floor. They were done by 11am. We paid extra to have them remove and then re-install the plantation shutters. They did this expertly. They pulled the permit and scheduled with the city to have the inspector come out on the day of the install. The city inspector found no issues with their work. BTW - the inspector did not do the final sign-off until after he verified that we had a smoke detector in every bedroom and a carbon monoxide detector in the hallways of the first and second floor. So, next time you have something permitteed, the city inspector may ask this of you as well. The crew did a super job cleaning up - no evidence of them being there other than beautiful windows! Jamie was great and patiently answered our calls regarding various questions we had about our windows.

The experience was okay. The windows are good quality. The product is nice, but the service had a few bumps. They did fix those and we were happy overall.

Excellent! Michael Odenbreit was the salesman. The quality of the doors and screens was what sold us in the first place. They are expensive, but in this case you get what you pay for. The doors look great and work great, and the screens are solid, not flimsy aluminum things. The installation was first class. The crew was very nice, clean, courteous, and professional. They are superb craftsmen. Also, when minor details came up during the installation, they made everything the way we wanted it without trying to nickel and dime us.

EXCELLENT WORK. DONE EXACTLY AS PROMISED. WORK DONE SEVERAL YEARS AGO ON ANOTHER SET OF WINDOWS HAS BEEN SERVICED ON AT LEAST TWO OCCASIONS TO MAKE MINOR ADJUSTMENTS DUE TO SETTLING OF BUILDING.
