Monday, was alerted to possible water leak by city water dept.
Tuesday, monitored water meter to confirm leak and searched Angies List for plumber recommendations.
Wednesday, called Professional Plumbing for estimate based on Angies list reviews. Ian arrived within 1 hour, quickly identified that leak was in hot water line and gave quote for leak detection. Gave me ball park estimate range for repair after leak identified.  Scheduled leak detection service for 9:00a Thurs. morning.
Thursday, Ian arrived right on time and proceeded with leak detection. Identified hot water line to kitchen as leak source. Provided estimate for re-piping hot water line from water heater in garage and though back of kitchen cabinets to sink. Estimate was reasonable so I gave go ahead for repair. Ian went to get additional 1/2" copper pipe for the job. Returned and went right to work, true professional work. When repair was completed in timely manner I requested and okayed quote to reconfigure and replace the cold water shutoffs for cold water line.  Installed separate 1/4 valves for sink faucet and refrigerator ice maker. Still early in day so I had Ian replace leaking stem valves in bath tub. (He had to go pickup the replacement valves and seats.) All work finished by 4:00p.
Will definitely call again for any future work and recommend to friends.

Ian came right at the beginning of the service window.  He was very professional, courteous, friendly and did an excellent job installing my kitchen faucet.  The old faucet was a little difficult to remove and there were some other installation issues along the way, but he was able to take care of them and had our new faucet running in no time.  I am impressed with the service he provided and would not hesitate to use him again in the future and recommend him to any of my friends.

My experience with them went well.  I spent about a thousand bucks by the time they finished the job.  Everything went well.  They got the job done the same day on time like they said they would.  But they did the inspection wrongly.  However, I was happy with it.  Their price seemed fair enough compared to everybody else.  They did stick with the $39 Big Deal for the plumbing inspection.  They showed up on time.  They were very responsive and they got right back to me when I emailed them.  They were very professional.

Overall good.  I would use them again.  Very professional.

It went well and I had to pay extra for the parts. The technician was really good and helpful. He did not take to long. I would use them again.

Mark arrived on time and got right to work. He was very personable and professional. As my home was built in the '60's I knew there would be additional costs above the Angie's List coupon I purchased but I felt those charges were not only reasonable but worth it. Mark cleaned well after himself and I am totally satisfied with the work that was performed.

I became aware of the leak on Saturday night (around 10:30 pm) , however since it was under the house, I couldn't clearly see where it was coming from (although I could hear it and see the surrounding area all wet by peering in through an outside vent). I was initially hesitant about calling a plumber on a Sunday since it falls under "emergency hours" by most companies (which is charged at higher than normal rates).  However, I was concerned about the amount of water damage the leak could potentially do below the house and I since was going to be busy all day Monday,  I decided to call 3 different "highly rated" plumbing companies from Angie's list. Professional Plumbers Inc. was actually the 3rd plumber I called. The 1st plumber wanted $240 just to come out.  The 2nd plumber wanted $150 for the visit and an additional $385 for the "inspection" (neither amount going toward the repair labor costs and parts).   Professional Plumbers Inc. wanted $185 for the inspection and since it would be factored into the repair cost, I thought I'd have them come out and give an estimate.
Their plumber (Mark) arrived within the hour as the dispatch rep said he would.   He was careful to lay out a long tarp (to protect our carpet from dirt)  from our house entrance to the closet where the trapdoor of the crawl space was.  He suited up and then crawled under the house to locate the source of the leak.  After coming out, he explained where the leak was and did a write up of the work that would be done.   From the time he arrived to the time he thoroughly clean up after his work, it took about 3 hours. Upon finishing the repair, he was nice enough to show me the damaged piece and explain how it may have occurred.  I did discover that the water pressure and  flow from kitchen faucet was much lower than normal after the repair.  When I pointed it out to Mark, he assured me that it was probably from built up debris and went to get a wrench.  He removed the aerator, cleared out the debris and replaced it.  After that, the faucet water pressure was normal.  I found Mark to be courteous and professional throughout the whole process and moreover I was quite surprised by how reasonable the repair charge was for a Sunday (based on what the 2nd plumber wanted, I was expecting to pay at least $750 or more for the repair).

Right from first contact these folks were honest. They gave me an appointment time of between 11 and 1 ...Chris showed up exactly at eleven. He was very nice ...he looked professional ... He got right to work.. I asked if I could watch and he said sure. Along with a very nasty hair clog he also saw tree root. He worked on the drain for at least 45 minutes until the drain ran fast and clear. He answered every question and did not try to up sell me at all. The price that they quoted on the phone was the price I paid that was a very nice surprise. I will definitely use them again and I will request Chris.

The experience was very good. There was a mix up on the advertisement, it said 49 Dollars to come and do the job, and then when they came out here, they said it was just for an inspection. I called Angie's list, and they agreed with me, and they were going to refund the 49 Dollars. The people were good. They were on time, and the guy did the job in a minimum amount of time, cleaned up, and I was satisfied. The job he did hasn't leaked, and so the service was good. They asked me to pay more money, which I didn't. They fixed the outlet and to me, it was worth 49 Dollars, and they said that the job would cost something like 200 Dollars. They did a good job for 49 Dollars. I would continue using their service if their price was right.

Prompt.  Same day service.  On time, fixed pipe.  Had to break stucco but reinforced and did a good job.  Also fixed toilet issue.  Very knowledgeable.  Cost was more than initial deal but fine since they did more.  Would recommend.

I WILL BE USING "PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING"  TO DO A CHEMICAL FLUSH ON MY NORITZ TANKLESS WATER

HEATER, AND WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO RECOMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO MIGHT

BE LOOKING FOR A GOOD PLUMMER.

They were fantastic! They guy they sent was very professional and knowledgeable. There were additional fees associated with the Big Deal, $175 extra. They came out really quickly after purchasing the Big Deal, just a few days later.

Ian showed up on time and did a great job removing the old faucet which had to be cut off due to rusted anchor bolt and installed new kitchen faucet and angle stops. Ian explained everything as he completed the work. Not an easy job so I am glad I found a good plumber and will use Professional Plumbing again.

The solder hose bib replacement was going to be a large additional charge. I asked him for a refund and I called Angie's List to process a refund. Thank you.
