Their technician, Eric, called 15 minutes before his on-time arrival to let us know he was on his way. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough...everything you'd want in a pest control technician. Based on this brief interaction, I would recommend them -- and him -- highly.

It was great dealing with Preferred Pest Control.  Spoke with Isobel re wasp nest; she was very polite and professional.  Isobel was able to schedule an appointment for the next day.  The technician, Larry arrived right on time and checked out the patio. He quickly removed the wasp nest. Larry did a great job; I couldn't ask for any better service.  I would definitely recommend Preferred Pest Control.

I had previously had somebody else who was unable to figure out what kinds of animals I had in my attic beside the entry point.  But when I brought these guys in, it was like a nice day.  All of a sudden they found five entry points and they blocked them off for me.  They are able to check droppings and what was exactly going on from time to time.  They really did a good job.  It’s still a series until they get rid of it completely.

I pay $30 a month.  I have not had spiders or ants, since the guy started coming.  I was infested before he came.  I also had a problem with the rats and now, he is controlling that.  When I talk about service providers, I want personal touch & customer service and that's what Preferred has.  They are more like a family because one gets to know them.  When I call, I talk to Patty and it is really great.  As long as, they have been in the business, I have used them.

I called them Friday after finding mouse poop under my kitchen sink. The woman who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful. The earliest appointment we could schedule was the following Tuesday. I wish that they could have come earlier, but apparently it's mouse/bug season. We actually caught two mice over the weekend with standard traps, but I still wanted the exterminators to come and let us know how the mice were getting into our house.
The two men who came were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with their ability to find indications of mice activity. The identified the most like placed of entry based on prints, scuff marks and poop in the general area of the water heater. 
They sealed up the possible entry points told me what to do to close up others that they couldn't seal. They also went through a pantry where I found one mouse and made sure that no more were lurking there. It was such a yucky, gross feeling to know that mice had been in my pantry.
Finally, they set traps in various places. So far, nothing set off their traps, so I am hoping that the two we caught earlier were the only ones that got into my house.

I have given a review before on Accurate Pest Control and that was one because of this particular tech, who has now started his own company, Preferred General Contracting and Exterminating. So I do not know how you go back and say okay now everything I said about Accurate had to do with P. Ball, but now he has started his own company and he is the reason that I used the services of Accurate Pest. They are very personable. If you are looking for somebody that you can call up and talk to or somebody that is attentive to your problems, somebody who is constantly giving you education on the types of insects and stuff that are in the area then Preferred is really the only one to go with. He is very personable and thorough with his work. His wife, Patti does their web site and she is always updating the latest pest and stuff. They are educational. I do a regular service with them, they come out bimonthly. They just started this company in 08/2012, but I have had him for years. He is a good provider.

They provide very friendly, reliable, and responsive service. I have come to depend on them for keeping the routine problems away. And when there is a crisis (like an influx of ants at the height of the summer) they come out right away to nip things in the bud. Terrific people to work with. I highly recommend them!

TBall (owner's name) was VERY professional, concerned and determined to get rid of all the fleas.  He actually sprayed 2 times and he said if I saw even one flea after he left to call him back.  Once he sprayed.

T-ball comes out to spray the exterior of our home and yard every 2
months.  We've been using him for years and he is the BEST!  Extremely
courteous and always helpful.  He has come out additional times if we've
had a flare up for no extra cost.  We're the most post free that we've
ever been!

T. Ball has never missed one day and has always arrived on time - Also responded with an emergency need (bees) within 1 hour.

Service person arrived and sprayed outside 1st as is cusomary then  did a thorough job inside and balconies.

They were on time, quick, professional and thorough! Very pleasant also, bends over backwards to accommodate your schedule.

Great- always on time (calls 1 day ahead to confirm), respectful, helpful, used them for 3-4 years. Very pleased.
