Mike is very responsive! He called me back in a few minute after I place submit my request, and arrived in 45 min right after. He has very good attitude and helped my husband and I find the possible root cause of the issue. Also, he has good patience and attitude when my husband I had different opinion. Mike came to my rescue during a recent rain storm. He came on a Sunday with no appointment scheduled and really provided that extra customer service. He is very knowledgeable, professional and really takes pride in what he does. He keeps a clear line of communication open and is prompt in returning my calls or text messages. I will definitely recommend him. In fact I switched over to Mike for my monthly service as well. A++
