I'm very happy with my new windows! The whole process was very smooth. I worked mostly with Marc, he was very helpful and responsive. My experience in terms of customer service was very positive. I found out about Pacific Shores from a neighbor who was also very happy with her new windows (installed by Pacific Shores).

I have used them on several occasions.   First was NEW BAY WINDOW in  Jan 2013 with AMAZING DEAL and TIMING for me! I didnt have someone to deliver it ...and they were so obliging ...they came and it turned out very, very well.  Next time, needed a replacement for Milgard and they had a fair-ish  price for install and delivery. Not sure if it was $125 or $200 as i dont have the records easily to verify.   His 'guy' -forgot his name - was  very reliable and professional showed up on time and took no time to complete and install.
thought there was condensation between the glass and it could have been defective BUT ACTUALLY WAS NOT!!  I requested a replacement prior to figuring it out...and although he explained it... at my firm request he did replace it.  took a few weeks longer to receive but all in all went smoothly and well.  THEY DO A GREAT JOB and would definitely recommend them.

I wasn't able to be there as this was happening but my wife and father, a retired carpenter, were there and they were pleased. My dad, who is pretty much a perfectionist, said he would definitely use the man who installed our door. Unfortunately, his name escapes me at this time.
They arrived on time and removed the old door. They then installed the new door. It took them about 6 hours I believe.

Dillon came out and measured and placed the order. He was on time, very thorough with explaining my options and with making recommendations for the style of windows to maximize ventilation. The follow up with scheduling installation was prompt. The crew arrived on time and got to work right away. Removal of the old windows was clean-no broken glass or damage. The installation was amazing. I have never has a cleaner, more professional "Contractor experience." The windows look fantastic! The trim/molding around the windows-PERFECT! Fantastic product, reasonable price, exceptional service and professionalism!

The order was placed and they were ready to install new Milgard windows in less than 2 weeks! I could not believe how fast they could get my work completed. The sales person, mark, came to my home to measure and was very professional. He quotes everything with no surprises. The installers included a crew of about 4 and they did a good job but were a little bit casual about their attitude but not big deal. In fact, i will use them again and just referred my neighbor to them who is getting windows from them. This is a good vendor for windows and very quick to complete quality work.

The ordering and install were great and timely but the screen was not made or delivered at the time of install. Full price was still demanded.

It has now been over a week from the install, a full month from the initial order, and after several calls to the company (they explained they have not called back as promised as they were "slammed") the only answer I can get is the screen is still not made but someone will call at the end of this week and set an install date.

These guys are amazing! Dylan came over two or three times over the course of a year and a half to put together the bid. He applied ZERO pressure, and was happy to break apart the quote any way we wanted. If we'd have asked, we could've installed one window per month, and the price would be the same. And the prices are unbeatable! We got quotes from two other companies, and Pacific Shores was the lowest. Normally you don't go with the lowest bidder, but our in-laws had hired them before and were delighted, and the reviews here were overwhelmingly positive, so we felt confident in our decision.
The coolest thing is, a huge team comes and blows out the job in hours! I think there were 8 guys. We opted against retrofitting our old wood windows, so they did the stucco too. Half a day or so, and they were done. Once the inspection was done, they came back and finished up the stucco in a few more hours, and that was that!
Unfortunately, we hired the siding company to do the windows in the front of the house, since they were doing the siding. Quite a contrast! The job took forever, we had all sorts of problems, and had to hire more guys to get the windows paint-ready. Lesson learned! We wish we had just had Pacific Shores do the whole thing.
I recommend them highly!

They came to the site and measured the openings for all the replacement windows. They gave me price quotes on a number of different styles and install options. We agreed on price and they installed on time without any issues. Looks great and was a very nice deal.
Highly recommend them as they are very professional and focused on their job.

Pacific Shores is the way to go! I had 11 people come out to quote my windows and Pacific Shores was the 10th company to come out. The salesman, Dylan, was punctual, very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was really struggling between 2 different brands and Dylan took the time to walk around my neighborhood and point out other homes that had done their windows, explaining to me which brands they were. Talk about going the extra mile! And on top of that, they were one of the lowest quotes I received! They were also the only company that could get my windows in 2 weeks instead of the 3-5 weeks all the other companies quoted me. When I went to their showroom, they had the two brands I was comparing right next to each other so it was very easy to see the differences. When Dylan heard that I had come to the showroom, he called me that same day to make sure I didn't have other questions.

Then the installation...what a pleasant experience! Jay and Dell were extremely friendly and very professional. They showed up right on time and had all of my old windows out in an hour and then began the installation. They each had their own tasks, so the process went very quickly. They were VERY respectful of my home and made sure to clean everything up, both inside and out. And to top it all off, they even took time out their busy day (they had another job after mine) to use their ladder to remove a bunch of cobwebs I had on my 30-foot ceilings! Another example of going above and beyond!

I could not be happier with my new windows! They look great, work great and do a wonderful job on noise reduction. I would HIGHLY recommend Pacific Shores to anyone and everyone!

They showed up on time went right to work. toward the end they called someone to pick up the metal frames asking if I had any metal that I would want to get rid of which I did so got new windows at the same time I was able to rid myself of some junk. patio table and chairs a broken swing bed frame etc. The clean up was perfect. In the end I had what looked like a new house. I wish I had taken pictures of the before and after I had no idea that it would make such a difference. I had friends come over and thought they were at the wrong house. So if you are thinking of replacing windows do it you will love it. Pacific Shores is the way to go. By the way one down fall the windows were so clear my pets kept running into the screen or glass. Ok some of the people did too.

I purchased the house and the windows were installed incorrectly. They were too far away from the ground. I wanted this home so bad that I decided to go ahead and take on the project. When I started contracting the installer based on the paperwork from the sellers of the home, I was having trouble. They suggested the previous owners get permits but the owners did not and they went ahead and did the work. In the end, Pacific Shores Windows and Doors paid for the new permits and did complete new construction on the 2 illegal windows. They didn't charge anything to fix the issues with those 2 windows and made correct on the mistakes previously made.

They were fast and very pleasant. I never felt any pressure from them to do all the windows at one time. I had them come back for one piece of trim that came loose and they showed up later that same day to replace.

We got 2 quotes to do this job. Since we previously had dual pane windows in our condo, we already an idea of what the job at this house should cost. We went with Pacific Shores because they were somewhat cheaper than the other company, but mostly because we have a pull down motorized shade outside our bedroom. The salesman, Mark explained that depending on how the shade was installed, installing new windows might not be possible because they would not clear the shade. He checked the situation out thorougly and then even made a return trip to be abolutely sure before we placed an order. We also had an issue with out front windows, because we have shades that were custom made to fit inside the window. Mark knew his stuff and this made us feel comfortable about going with Pacific Shores.
Mike and Armando arrived promplty at 8:00 am and were finished around 2:30pm. Both were very friendly and professional. We went over the issues mentioned above and Mike even came up with a better plan for our front windows. This worked out great and we couldn't be happier. Both seemed very knowledgable and were very accomodating to a couple of requests I had. They cleaned up and we had no issues with damage to our stucco. We would definetely recommend this company.

We had single pane aluminum windows in our townhouse. They were very old and difficult to open and close. They also let all the outside sound in and even gusts of wind. The windows were also very poor at temperature regulation. With all of the above problems and summer quickly approaching we decided to upgrade our windows. We had gotten quotes from a total of 4 vendors. We went with Pacific Shores due to price, timeliness, and professionalism of Dylan (sales agent who came to the home). He was very thorough, patient and most importantly, he was not pushy. We ended up buying 6 large dual pane energy efficient windows. Two weeks later, their guys showed up on time and got to work right away. They were very friendly and courteous. They finished the job in about 4 hours and cleaned up after themselves. They were also ok with me asking them details about the work. After they left, our Home Owners Association required us to have the city inspect there work. The inspector came out and we easily passed the inspection. We are really happy with our windows. They slide very easily, look nice, and provide better thermal regulation. We would definitely recommend Pacific Shores to others.

I had talked to a realtor, and she had used them several times over the last ten years, and she felt very good about them. They did a super job, they were super-fast, very clean, and their price was excellent. They guaranteed the windows for life, and they even guaranteed against certain types of breakage, which is amazing. If there is an earthquake, they will not guarantee that, but if my grandson comes over and throws a ball through the window, they guarantee it. They were very professional, they were nice and clean, they sent a large enough crew so that it was done rapidly, and if I noticed any little thing they were right on it. They noticed things that I didn't notice, they were nice clean looking gentlemen, and they seemed like a safe group. They have a number of crews, but they try to send people that were familiar with me, I am alone here and that made me feel comfortable. They were very obliging and helpful, they answered all my questions and they were nice to my dog. I shopped around, and their price was the best. Their responsiveness is excellent, if I have any problem, I call them, and it is immediately taken care of. I would recommend them to my friends, and I absolutely will be using them again.

It was a pretty big job. It was pretty good. They screwed up the stucco a little bit but they came and fixed it right away. Outside of that they did a real good job. The main reason I used them when I was shopping around was they knew details. My front windows are kind of weird because I have shutters and they were the only ones that knew how and what was going to work. Everybody else kind of didn't know and were a little confused by it. That's why I went with them. They weren't the cheapest but they were reasonably priced. They were slightly higher than the cheapest price I got. They knew their product well and they were competent. They did put the windows in backwards because they shipped the wrong ones but they corrected them. They were sliders and they were opening left to right. It was the manufacturer’s fault but they should have checked. They were putting them in and I noticed. The company has to reship them. They were Millguards and the shipping company screwed up the order. I was real happy with their work. My only complaint was that I wished they would have done a little bit on the stucco. They did come out and fix it but I can see where it is not perfect. Outside of that everything was fine and the windows work well. I would use them again.

I rate the warranty repair for the Milgard vinyl sliding door as "Excellent". The warranty claim was addressed promptly and with courtesy. The repair crew showed up right on schedule, they made the repair and also fixed another minor issue observed while they were at the house. Overall, kudos to Pacific Shores/Milgard on a very positive experience.
