I had contact with Noritz shortly after the death of my husband last summer. I do not recall all of the details but they could not have been more helpful going out of their way to be of assist re a hot water issue in the kitchen due to a water pressure problem. After that was solved and there were no problems for several months, I again had to seek help as the unit failed and water leaked from it shorting it out. Noritz promptly sent all necessary items for a fix under warranty and it has again been made operative. Note please, they are OVER THE TOP in customer service and their product is THE BEST. I am 75 and not tech savvy...they went out of their way to help me and the first class customer service and kindness is to be lauded.
