I recently refinanced my first and second mortgage, obtaining a new 30-year fixed interest rate mortgage. The entire process was completed much more rapidly than I had anticipated. This was largely due to Ron Frumkin's efforts to keep the process moving and on track. He was always available by phone and all the documents were easily transmitted back and forth by email without a hitch. We especially appreciated it that the notary came to our house with all the final documents one evening, and the signing was convenient and painless. On top of all this, the interest rate he obtained for us, without points, and the low closing costs were the best of all the companies we had contacted. We are very satisfied with a job well done from start to finish.
